Golden Knights at Kraken Betting Preview

Three things you should know before betting on Golden Knights-Kraken:

1. The Golden Knights have won the only two meetings between these teams, but both of those games were played in Las Vegas. Perhaps having home-ice advantage will lead to a different result, especially with the Kraken playing some solid hockey right now. Seattle comes into this game after having won four of its last six games, and the team must be feeling pretty good. Vegas also happens to be coming off three days of rest, so the team will be healthy but a bit rusty.

2. Since the start of March, Vegas is just 1-7 when playing on the road and the team has lost those games by an average of 2.3 goals per game. The Golden Knights are also just 8-13 when playing only their second game in five days this year, which speaks to the type of rust we alluded to earlier. If the Golden Knights don't have their legs early in this one, the Kraken could strike early. The team has scored four or more goals in five of its last eight games.

3. These teams have played twice this season, with the Over having hit in both contests. The teams combined to score seven goals when they met on October 12, and they combined to score six on November 9. This total is higher than the others right off the bat, as it's up at 6 right now. However, these two have the firepower to hit it no matter what. The Over is actually 14-4 when Seattle is coming off a division game this year.
